Returns & Exchanges
- All products sold by Schutzen undergo strict product inspection before shipping. In reasonable cases, we will accept returns as long as they are within 7 days after delivery. All returns will be subject to approval under the following circumstances only:
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was shipped
- The product was damaged during shipment
- To request a product return, you may drop us a line at marketing@schutzen.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Date of delivery
- Product/s you want to return
- Reason why you are returning the product/s
- Good quality photos or videos (if applicable) of the product/s
- The product/s you wish to return should be intact and in its original condition. This includes boxes and other product packaging, labels, booklets, tags, etc.
- Returns processing will take up to 7 business days after we receive the product/s that you want to return. We will notify you about the status of your request as soon as we receive the returned item/s.
- If you want to exchange your product/s with another item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to each item.
